HMG Department 1
We hold a three year contract with a UK Government department to provide crisis management training and mock deployment for a Rapid Deployment Team which provides support to UK citizens involved in crises overseas. This training takes place in the UK and abroad. We also provide a team leaders training course for this client.
HMG Department 2
We have a deep relationship with a sub-unit of this UK Government department which provides a humanitarian response capacity for HMG - deploying advisors to the scene of natural or man-made disasters to assess where UK donor funding should be spent. We have provided assessment and selection services to this team for over four years and have delivered hostile environment and first aid training to them for over two years.
HMG Department 3
This is a new department set up to facilitate stabilisation in countries which have experienced conflict or a loss of law and order. We have run hostile environment training for over 500 core staff and deployable civilian experts over the last two years, and in April 2008 won the tender for this business for the next three years.
We provide bespoke assessment and selection training to a major international children's NGO. This training takes place in the UK and around the world.

Major Accountancy Firm – Corporate Finance Department
GroundTruth is contracted to provide personal development training across the whole of the UK corporate finance department at this firm – throughout employees’ career lifecycle, from entry level-executives to partners. This programme has been designed to support predicted company growth and the resulting strains likely on corporate culture over the next few years. Training focuses on the key skills appropriate to the needs of the individual appropriate to their level – from problem-solving to handling conflict, leadership to coaching.
